RATES

The Blue SIDE sleeps up to 13 people with a Minimum stay of 2 nights

2      Nights - $255 per night

3 - 7 Nights - $235 per night

8 +   Nights - $225 per night

Public Holiday Weekends - $255 per night
(inc. Aust. Day, Easter, Adelaide Cup, Anzac Day, Queens B'Day, Labour Day, Xmas/Boxing Day & New Year)

CONDITIONS

All conditions are specified in the Tenancy Agreement and Full Term and Conditions

• Bond: A refundable bond of $200 is required with all bookings 4 weeks prior to your stay.

• Smoking: Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the house.

• Dog Policy: Dogs are welcome onto the property with prior consent ONLY. A $100 bond applies with a maximum of 1 dog.
  

• Cancellation Conditions: If cancelled more than 30 days before the booking date a full refund is given. If cancelled less than 30 days and more than 14 days before the booking date, 1/2 the bond will be retained or payable ($100). If cancelled less than 14 days before the booking date, the full bond will be retained or payable ($200).

• Cleaning: The property must be left in a clean and tidy state including the BBQ facilities and outdoor entertainment area. All rubbish must be placed in the appropriate wheelie bins. A $50 cleaning fee for all bookings applies. Any additional cleaning of the premises may be charged at the tenant's expense. Cleaning items such as brooms, vacuum cleaner, mop and cleaning products are provided to allow you to maintain the premises during your stay.

• Payment: Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to your stay to confirm your booking and can be made via Bank Deposit/Transfer or Cheque. Contact us for details and refer to the Full Terms & Conditions.
